What We Do
CCWC offers many resources and supports for seniors: Caregiver respite, support for grandparents raising grandchildren, home services to help seniors age safely in place, connection to resources, assistance with Medicaid and Medicare, and more! There are numerous ways that you can help us meet the needs of our older adults, whether you participate in ongoing efforts or one-time events.
