Volunteer: Bring Jesus!NOTE: If you are already a member of the Bring Jesus! outreach, then you do not need to respond here to this "opportunity." With coordination and administration provided by Catholic Charities Washtenaw County, parishes in the Ann Arbor Deanery share the work of bringing our Eucharistic Lord to the isolated in residential care & correctional facilities as well as in our local hospitals. This is a beautiful way to share the consoling presence of Jesus with those who might otherwise have no opportunity to receive him and to remind them that they still belong: they are not forgotten. The service is simple, beautiful, and much-needed. Training and resources are provided. Respond to this opportunity to indicate your interest and our Eucharistic Ministry coordinator will reach out.
